Dear Vendor:
Thank you for your interest in attending our Samboree. Here is information to help you plan your trip. If you have any other questions, please feel free to give us a call, or Email us.
Please let us know if you would like to plan a seminar to highlight your products or services. You may indicate at the bottom of the registration form or on the back what it will be about. Our time slots are limited and we try to have only one vendor with each product but this is not always possible. We will do the best we can for you.
All vendors will pay a $15 fee in addition to the regular Samboree fee and early parking fee. (Even if you do not stay at fairgrounds) This will entitle you to a 10’ by 8’ space and one table. Additional space will be available at a cost of $15. We also request that you donate a door prize to be given from the stage during the evening program.
Keep in mind that all vendors attending any of the Ohio Samborees are welcome to participate in all events including Thursday night supper and enjoying the nightly entertainment.
Look forward to seeing you at one or all of the Ohio Samborees.
